Theofania has undertaken the strategy plan in the field of corporate mental health in Felea projects. She assesses the human impact of decisions and procedures that are employed in companies. One of the main responsibilities she has undertaken is the functionality of psychotherapeutic interventions in corporate environment. Through a specific methodology, she designs appropriate assessment in order to detect the needs that rise for each company and then she proposes holistic tailor made Felea programs. In addition, she is in charge for the structure holistically; and she supervises all the services related to psychotherapeutic unit via a plethora of Intervention programs in order to achieve employee’s personal development and raise productivity. She is gifted with empathic skills, and experience. The background in research design, helps her to endorse practical knowledge of research in people’s potential. Last but not least her personality’s traits help her to drive towards a coherent and united existence of professionals who work at felea for a superior outcome.
Cooperating with mental health centers, NGOs, companies of business strategy and sales departments; she came to realized a number of issues people had to face including work stress, emotional difficulties, absence of focus, lack of Creativity, and taking responsibilities. These issues had a great impact on people’s development and performance. In that time she found out that her mission was to design and develop meaningful programs to help employees raise above all the distractions.
