The program consists of five independent webinars.
Each webinar lasts 2.5 hours.

  1. Stress and Mindfuness:
    We learn about stress and how it relates to Mindfulness.
    We learn to manage our nervous system.
    We practice mindfulness and give practical tools for everyday life.
  2. Thoughts and brain
    We learn about our brain and what the neurosciences say.
    We learn ways to manage our inner critical voice.
    We learn the traps of thought and how we can avoid being trapped.
    We learn about autopilot and how it affects our lives.
  3. Body
    We learn to “listen” to our body.
    We learn what integration means and how we can be present.
    We become familiar with our body.
  4. Emotions
    We learn what emotions are.
    We learn to manage uncomfortable emotions.
    We practice and give tools for difficult times.
  5. In the workplace
    We learn to get out of tension.
    We learn ways to be more focused.
    We give hands on tools for every moment of the day for more peace and clarity of mind.
