Xenia has an extensive career in coaching and human resource management in multinational companies, and now applies her senior level expertise in FELEA, in order to solve key problems that companies face in today’s business landscape. Her ulterior goal is optimizing corporate performance for executives and companies alike, through mentoring, while identifying the most suitable methods of policy and procedure implementation for each company through a tailor-made approach. She also manages the Coaching Services company LIFESHARE as well as the wellness company RetreatsInGreece. She is a writer and motivational speaker. A graduate of the University of the Aegean with her studies in education, holder of two master degrees in management leadership of the University of Nicosia, as well as an MBA from the European University of Cyprus, and a founding member of the International Coaching Federation Greece.
